Here we explain how our website works and you will find current information on our shipping, delivery times, payment methods and cancellation and return policies. If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.

ORDERING PROCEDURE:

ORDER

After placing the order you will immediate receive confirmation by e-mail containing an overview of the order date, ordered item(s) and the order number. Also you can find a link in this email. When you click on the link in the email you will be logged on to the website and you can monitor the order status. When the data on the order confirmation are incorrect, please let us know by e-mail at info@e-logistiek.nl.

If you click on one of the categories, you come to our article(s). Next, select the item(s) you wish to purchase by clicking the "shopping cart" button. Would you buy more than 1 item, then click "Continue Shopping". Is your shopping cart filled as desired, click "Checkout".

Now enter your name and address. It is possible to fill in an alternative shipping address (eg a gift) and choose a payment method.

Click "finish" and check your order and address. Click "agree" and your order is placed. If you choose to pay via iDEAL, click on the "pay with iDEAL" button. Choose your bank and pay with your own internet banking. Your order will be confirmed to you by mail and processed asap.


PAY

There are several ways to pay, see the payment methods below. Once we have received your payment, we will confirm this as well by e-mail. After the settlement of the order, the order will be put into operation.


PAYMENT METHODS

The website offers 4 payment methods:

iDEAL

With iDEAL you can pay the item(s) trusted, secure and easy online. You pay in your trusted Internet payment environment, based on specific security measures of your own bank. As internet, you can start using iDEAL, without you having to sign up. For more information on the website of iDEAL.

DirecteBanking is an online payment system that only can be used for our German customers. DirecteBanking is like the iDEAL in the Netherlands. Click for more information on DirecteBanking

SHIPPING

Shipping is done by DHL. For questions about DHL, you can contact them by phone by calling 088 055 2000.


SHIPPING ABROAD

If you live in another country, let us know we will find out what the cheapest possible way is to supply your order. Send an email to info@e-logistiek.nl and we'll find it for you.


DELIVERY

When your order is complete and shipped, you will also receive an email stating the details of the consignment and the barcode of the package.

eLogistiek strives to deliver your order within 2-3 working days after receipt of payment to be delivered. Appearance, the product within 30 days after the order be delivered. Is this not possible (order temporarily out of stock) or is there another reason delay, or an order cannot or only partly delivered, you will receive within 30 days of placing your order a message. Do you have in that case the right to cancel the order without charge. It is not possible to pick up your order yourself.

What to do when you are not satisfied?

WHAT TO DO TO CANCEL OR RETURN

CANCEL

RETURN

You have 7 working days without giving a reason to return the product, commencing on the day of delivery. The product can only be unused and in original packaging returned.
